Reconstructed Aivazovsky Art Gallery reopens in Feodosia

An art gallery named after the outstanding Russian-Armenian marine painter Ivan Aivazovsky was reconstructed in Feodosia.

The house of the brilliant marine artist will open its doors to visitors at the end of December 2023.

The famous Aivazovsky Gallery is the main attraction of Feodosia. Due to almost three years of renovation work, it had to be completely closed to visitors.

The gallery’s collection contains a total of 416 paintings and graphic works by the artist—this is the largest collection of his works.
