Road through Armenia will be managed by another company, and Armenia will have no influence over it – Robert Kocharyan

During a press conference, Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan responded to a question about why he doubts that Armenia will control the road passing through its territory.

“You continue to believe everything Nikol Pashinyan says. We have over 1,000 documented instances of lies from him,” he said.

“I once used a term—I said Pashinyan is a biomechanism of lies. The signed document specifically highlights this road, which implies that its management will differ from that of other roads. Otherwise, there would be no reason to mention it separately. This road will be handed over to a company that will manage it under a long-term contract. I have no doubt about that. And I have no doubt that Armenia will have no influence over this company,” Kocharyan emphasized.
