Russia MFA reveals what Mirzoyan and Lavrov will discuss at tomorrow’s talks

The upcoming talks between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan on January 21 will focus on the situation in the South Caucasus to achieve a balanced normalization between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
In addition, the foreign ministers of the countries will have a thorough exchange of views on Russian-Armenian relations, cooperation within the EAEU and other Eurasian integration associations, and topical issues on the global agenda.
“We hope that the upcoming meeting will be constructive and will contribute to the advancement of practical issues of interaction and strengthening of security and stability in the Transcaucasia,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Earlier, the Armenian Foreign Ministry announced that Mirzoyan will be in Moscow on January 21 on a working visit.
