Russian MFA: Moscow hopes that its signals will be heard and acknowledged in Armenia

Contacts between Russia and Armenia continue at various levels, Moscow hopes that its signals will be heard and acknowledged, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said during a briefing.

She added that Russia has always “cherished allied relations with Armenia, has never initiated their aggravation and has done everything possible to support the people of Armenia in the most difficult situations.”

“We assume that all agreements on the development of bilateral cooperation will continue to be implemented in the interests of the peoples of the two countries,” she said.
