Vanity Fair Italia magazine released an article about Armenia, reports the Armenian Tourism Committee.

Italian journalists who recently traveled to Armenia described it as “a safe country, rich in history and traditions, but still little explored by tourists.

The article notes that Armenia is known as the cradle of Christianity because it was the first country to adopt Christianity as a state religion.

“Traveling in Armenia involves visiting its most beautiful monasteries. The most beautiful is Noravank, an important 12th-century religious and cultural center located at the end of a narrow, rocky gorge. The complex is impressive not only for its location but also for the exquisiteness of the patterns decorating it,” the article says.
