Samvel Karapetyan pays his representatives out of his own pocket as much as he wants – David Ghazinyan

Former acting CEO of CJSC Electric Networks of Armenia David Ghazinyan refuted the statement of the temporary manager about multimillion bonuses being paid from the company’s budget during the period of “Tashir Capital” management.

“Samvel Karapetyan pays money out of his own pocket to his representatives, as much as he wishes, as much as he values. Now the question is: who received bonuses worth tens of millions?” Ghazinyan said during the discussion at the Public Services Regulatory Commission on the termination of ENA’s license.

He mentioned only one case: when the financial director submitted a resignation letter after 10 years of work, and the company acknowledged his long-term service. “Let them point to a second similar case,” Ghazinyan added.
