Samvel Karapetyan has always stood by the people of Artsakh through actions, not words, Arega Hovsepyan, a member of the “Our Way” movement, said on Facebook.

“This support has always been strategic in nature—aimed at demographic growth in Artsakh, the development of culture, proper provision of healthcare, and much more.

Today, for us, for the team of the ‘Our Way’ movement, it is important that the people of Artsakh remain in Armenia and live a dignified life. To this day, the families of those who died in the gas station explosion have no official status and receive no consistent support. This is a disgrace and a shame. Entire families perished; some came down from their positions just to get fuel, but tragically…

This assistance is merely confirmation that we do not forget these people and that they remain at the center of our attention. Yet the issue requires an institutional solution. And soon, when Armenia has a strong leader who understands what national dignity means, everything will change. Do not doubt it,” Arega Hovsepyan said.
