Samvel Shahramanyan convenes an expanded meeting of Artsakh Security Council

On September 20, President of the Republic of Artsakh Samvel Shahramanyan convened an expanded meeting of the Security Council, during which the war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh as well as possible steps taken by the Republic of Artsakh were discussed.

Shahramanyan noted that the reaction of international actors to the current situation in Artsakh is not sufficient as no practical steps are being taken. Thus, Artsakh will be forced to take appropriate steps to ensure the physical security of the population as a priority.
