Samvel Shahramanyan signs decree lifting restrictions on confiscated property

Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan has signed a decree today, according to which the chief enforcement officer of Artsakh will lift the restrictions imposed on confiscated property and assets for the benefit of the state and municipality budgets, NGOs, and foundations.

The sums confiscated after September 20, 2023 for the benefit of the aforementioned entities are subject to return by January 1, 2024.
