Samvel Shahramanyan: The Artsakh Defense Army was subordinate to the Armenian Defense Ministry until the last second

The Artsakh Defense Army was subordinate to the Armenian Defense Ministry until the last second and was its territorial subdivision, Artsakh Republic President Samvel Shahramanyan said. 

“Nikol Pashinyan was well aware of this. Artsakh’s military and political leadership remained there as a living hostage so that people would get out safely,” the Artsakh president emphasized.
