Samvel Shahramanyan: The Republic of Artsakh is not dissolved

The Republic of Artsakh is not dissolved, President of Artsakh Samvel Shahramanyan said at a meeting with Artsakh Armenians.

“The Republic of Artsakh is not dissolved. There are many questions regarding the document that I cannot answer here. The document has both positive and negative sides. No document can disband the Republic established by the people. I will give answers to these questions publicly,” Shahramanyan said.
