Samvel Sharhramanyan was appointed Artsakh Minister of State

Samvel Shahramanyan, Secretary of the Security Council, was appointed Minister of State of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, said in his statement on Facebook.

Harutyunyan has announced that tomorrow, September 1, he will resign from the post of the President of the Republic of Artsakh. Before that, by his decree, he released Gurgen Nersisyan from his post of State Minister and appointed Security Council Secretary Samvel Shahramanyan to that position.

“While choosing Samvel Shahramanyan, I took into account his principles, flexibility, his work experience in various responsible positions and accumulated knowledge, which are directly related to both national security and state administration,” Arayik Harutyunyan wrote.
