Sargis Khandanyan: Armenia has not received any proposals regarding bilateral talks with Azerbaijan

Armenia has not received any proposals for bilateral negotiations to determine the time or day, Sargis Khandanyan, Chair of the Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs, told reporters.

Statements about bilateral talks with Azerbaijan are just statements, he added.

“For us, the content of the negotiations and the establishment of principles are of paramount importance, because be it the negotiations involving mediators or bilateral, if the principles are not established, then the agreements will not have the expected significance,” the MP noted.
