Azerbaijan violates ceasefire in Stepanakert

Violating the agreement on cessation of hostilities, the Azerbaijani armed forces fire from the territories adjacent to Stepanakert using various small arms, the Artsakh Info Center reports.

Shots are also heard in the center of the capital.

Police of the Republic of Artsakh urge citizens to stay in shelters for security reasons.
