Gagik Adamyan, graduate of Stepanakert Music College after Sayat-Nova, is already known in the city. He teaches at various music schools, and also plays in the State Orchestra of National Instruments of Artsakh and in the Nova Band, created by young musicians. Gagik has told Artsakhtert that the mission of teaching children to play ancient Armenian instruments is very important to him.

“I have a great desire to fight to fill in the gaps in this area. It is a great honor for me to work in Artsakh. I feel great joy helping young musicians achieve success. Their success is my success.”

Gagik Adamyan was born and grew up in the village of Togh, Hadrut district. He started his career at the Togh Art School. The key to his success is not only a natural gift, but also diligence and punctuality. Gagik fought in the 44-day Artsakh war.

He was wounded and lost friends on the battlefield. In 2021, he was demobilized and continued his studies at the Stepanakert Music College after Sayat-Nova at the department of shvi and duduk. This year Gagik has entered the conservatory. He believes that everything will be fine and Artsakh will cope with the situation with dignity.
