St. Petersburg exhibition to showcase work of sculptor Tovmas Tamrazyan

The work of the Armenian sculptor and ceramist Tovmas Tamrazyan, ‘The headquarters and the heart of the defense of the city Smolny covered with camouflage nets’, will be displayed at an exhibition dedicated to the siege of Leningrad in St. Petersburg, the Russian House in Armenia reports.
The theme of siege and victory occupies a key place in the sculptor’s work.
The exhibition in St. Petersburg showcases the best works of the past years and the last decade of veteran artists and honored artists of Russia.
The event was organized in the Great Hall of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists and timed to coincide with the 80th anniversary of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the Nazi blockade. The exhibition includes a total of 200 works.
