‘Stand by Artsakh’: Rallies in Canada

The day before, a rally under the slogan “Stand by Artsakh” was held in Canada. It was attended by members of the Parliament of Canada and spiritual fathers.

The rally began with the anthems of Canada, the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh, with Mher Garagashyan, Member of the ARF Canada Committee, making a speech.

A rally in support of Artsakh was also held in Vancouver.

During the event, the political figures voiced their anger over the forced displacement of the Armenians of Artsakh, strongly condemned Azerbaijan’s genocide and expressed full support to the Armenian people.

To remind, the All-European rally was held the day before in several countries such as Germany, France, the Netherlands and Belgium. Protesters unfurled banners with the image of the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, condemning her for being complicit in genocide.
