Stepanakert City Hall issues a statement

Stepanakert City Hall has issued a statement, saying that owners of vehicles registered in Stepanakert can receive a certificate of absence of property tax liabilities.

“Dear compatriots, owners of vehicles registered in Stepanakert can receive certificates on the absence of property tax liabilities on working days from 10am to 1pm at the address: 9 Abovyan St., 3rd floor, room 310, Yerevan.

The certificates are issued for the purpose of alienating a vehicle or conducting a technical inspection,” the municipality said in a statement.
