Strategically, Armenia is suffering serious losses – Gyumri resident

Marz. news conducted a survey in Gyumri regarding the agreement signed between Armenia and Azerbaijan in Washington.

When asked what benefits Armenia might gain from the agreement, one respondent said: “Whether we call it the ‘Trump Route’ or ‘Trump Boulevard,’ nothing will change. This is the ‘Zangezur corridor.’”

Another respondent noted that while the agreement might bring economic benefits, from a strategic standpoint, Armenia will suffer serious losses.

“If today’s authorities remain in power, there will be disastrous consequences for Armenia,” said one Gyumri resident.

Respondents emphasized that it is necessary to resist and prevent the opening of any road or corridor.
