In a conversation with Alpha News, Artsakh Human Rights Defender Gegham Stepanyan commented on the metro incident between Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Armine Mosisyan, daughter of Artsakh War hero Meruzhan Mosiyan, noting that this is not the first time society has encountered manifestations of hatred or discrimination.

According to him, similar statements had been made in the past by various officials, which, in his words, contributed to the emergence of new incidents.

“Yesterday’s incident, and in particular Nikol Pashinyan’s statements, made it obvious where the state propaganda targeting people from Artsakh draws its sustenance,” Stepanyan noted.

The Artsakh Human Rights Defender expressed confidence that such actions are not coincidental.

“I have no doubt that this is a coordinated action carried out by the authorities, and this is not an isolated case,” he emphasized.
