The Armenian community in Toronto has acquired a historic building worth CAD 15.05 million. The community announced this in a Facebook post.

“The property at 211 Consumers Road has become the largest investment in the community’s history. It is intended to ensure the long-term stability of more than 50,000 Canadian Armenians in the Greater Toronto Area,” the post says.

The complex is scheduled to open in the fall. According to the community, the investment is aimed at expanding educational and cultural programs, as well as supporting future generations.
