Marsel Petrosyan, the leader of the “United Motherland” parliamentary faction, believes that Arayik Harutyunyan must resign because of the Facebook post of Tigran Petrosyan, Chairman of the Anti-crisis council, where he compared the Artsakh Parliament with a stable.
“The President of Artsakh must resign, he is accountable for every appointment, situation and in general for everything that happens”, Marsel Petrosyan said in an interview with Alpha News, and reminded that the President of Artsakh did not consult with them, when he created this body and appointed Tigran Petrosyan as its leader.
“This is a structure under the president, and the president is responsible for it, therefore, it would be right to ask him what is going on and whose order he is executing”, Marsel Petrosyan said.
He also added that Tigran Petrosyan must be held accountable for his words.
“There is order, there is law, and every person must be held accountable for what he says. If Tigran Petrosyan is sure that the Artsakh Parliament is a stable, he must prove it, if not, he must be held accountable”, the Artsakh MP noted.
On August 7, after Davit Ishkhanyan is appointed Chairman of the National Assembly of Artsakh, Tigran Petrosyan compared the Artsakh Parliament with a stable in his Facebook post.
