‘The Color of Pomegranates’ staged in Rustaveli Theater in Georgia

On March 18, the play ‘The Color of Pomegranates’ dedicated to the 100th anniversary of famous Armenian film director Sergei Parajanov was staged in Rustaveli Theater in Tbilisi, Georgia, reports Jnews. ge.

The embassies of Armenia and France in Georgia and the French Institute of Georgia played a key role in organizing the event.

In his remarks, Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ashot Smbatyan underscored the importance of the performance and Parajanov’s role in the relations between the two countries.
