The pre-signed document is hollow: Robert Kocharyan

We are talking about a guaranteed peace that does not depend on representatives of the Civil Contract party, or on Robert Kocharyan, or on Aliyev, or on Trump, or on anyone else. It has turned out that the document pre-signed by the authorities is hollow. This was stated by Robert Kocharyan, the second president of Armenia and the “Armenia” bloc’s candidate for prime minister, at a meeting with residents of the city of Razdan.

“It became clear that this document is hollow. Nikol and representatives of the Civil Contract party are saying on every platform that there will be war in September if they are not re-elected. Is that what peace looks like? Essentially, for seven and a half months they were instilling ideas of peace in our people — and then it turned out that this peace is directly tied to the elections in Armenia, and that Aliyev will inevitably be the one to break it. These are their arguments? What kind of peace is it that depends on the outcome of an election? For seven and a half months, the message of peace blared from every electronic device, and now they themselves are dismantling it around the clock. They realized that re-election would be difficult, and so they decided to instill fear in our people,” Robert Kocharyan said.
