The current U.S. administration is trying to apply the same kind of trade pressure that is characteristic of President Donald Trump’s approach. This was stated on Alpha News by public figure Levon Baronyan, commenting on the Iran–US–Israel conflict.

“Generally, there are no short-term wars in the Middle East. Historical experience shows that conflicts in this region are never resolved within a week or even a month. Too often, the current U.S. administration, led by President Donald Trump, tries to apply the same trade pressure that is characteristic of Trump’s behavior. Using the same rhetoric and the same style of work, they attempt to resolve geopolitical problems,” Baronyan noted.

According to him, the United States underestimated Iran’s ability to resist. “It was precisely because of Israel that the United States became involved in such a large-scale war. Trump appears to have become a hostage to the situation and is unable to get out of it,” the public figure concluded.
