Any event taking place in Iran naturally attracts our interest. This was said live on Alpha News by former Chairman of the Military-Industrial Committee Avetik Kerobian, commenting on the conflict between Iran, the US, and Israel.

“This war is particularly important from an Armenian perspective, since Iran is a friendly state and our supply routes pass through its territory. Any event taking place in Iran naturally attracts our interest. And right now we are talking about a war happening right on the other side of our border. The day is not far off when shells will begin exploding near Armenia’s borders,” Kerobian said.

According to him, the war with Iran is proving more painful specifically for the US and Israel.

“What has happened throughout all this time: an exchange of fire in which neither side has gained a strategic advantage. The US and Israel have acknowledged that Iran’s missile capability was not destroyed and has seen wider use in recent weeks. In the end, the war is proving more painful for the US and Israel,” Avetik Kerobian concluded.

As a reminder, US President Donald Trump announced a two-week ceasefire with Iran, two hours before the deadline set for Tehran expired. On Truth Social, Trump wrote that Pakistan had requested a two-week pause in the planned “devastating” strikes on Iran, in exchange for which Iran agreed to the “full, immediate and safe opening” of the Strait of Hormuz.
