‘There is a political directive, I’m convinced the PSRC will revoke ENA’s license’ – David Ghazinyan

David Ghazinyan, former acting CEO of the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA), believes that the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) will decide to terminate ENA’s license on November 18.

“Because there is a political directive, I am convinced that the commission members won’t even write that decision themselves—it will be handed to them, and they’ll obediently carry it out,” Ghazinyan said during a press conference in response to a question from Alpha News.
