‘There will be issues where nothing can happen without Armenia’s consent – regardless of shares’ – Mirzoyan

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated that the TRIPP company will have an American majority stake. However, he noted that “there will be a number of fundamental issues on which Armenia, even without a controlling stake, will have its own control.”

“In other words, there will be issues where, regardless of the size of shares, nothing can happen without Armenia’s consent,” he said.
