This lawlessness brings no honor to anyone – Aram Vardevanyan

Samvel Karapetyan, who has never been discredited and whose biography reflects that of a national philanthropist, remains in detention, his lawyer, Aram Vardevanyan, said during a press conference held by Karapetyan’s legal team at the Alpha press center.

“On June 18, an interview took place in which the following statement was made: ‘We will support the Church in our own way.’ This sentence was immediately followed by threatening posts from the executive authorities of Armenia, directed solely at this interview,” he said.

Vardevanyan emphasized that justice ultimately prevails. “This lawlessness is a disgrace and brings no honor to anyone. It leads to nothing good,” he added.
