Thousands of Artsakh residents stay overnight near Stepanakert airport

As Artsakh Public Television reports, thousands of our compatriots evacuated from different regions of Artsakh as a result of Azerbaijan’s military actions continue to remain in the territory adjacent to the Stepanakert airport. They are mostly elderly people, women and children.

For the fifth day, people have been sleeping in the open air. Some of them sleep in cars, others have set up tents.

They are trying to get food, firewood, and drinking water by their own efforts.
