To achieve lasting peace Armenia must amend its Constitution — Elchin Amirbayov

Elchin Amirbayov, the Representative of the Azerbaijani President for Special Assignments, said in an interview with Agência Brasil that Armenia must amend its Constitution.

According to him, to achieve irreversible and lasting peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the Armenian Constitution should be amended regarding territorial claims to Azerbaijan.
