Together for Artsakh: live from Freedom Square

A rally in honor of the Independence Day of the Republic of Artsakh and in support of the statehood of Artsakh started on Freedom Square, joined by Armenians living in more than 30 cities of 18 countries of the world with the call #SOSArtsakh.

The purpose of the rally is to raise the united voice of Armenia and the Diaspora at this difficult stage for Artsakh and all Armenians.

The countries where rallies and protests will take place are as follows: the USA, Canada, France, Georgia, Cyprus, Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Iran, Australia, Lebanon, Syria, Uruguay, Argentina, Great Britain, Germany, and Brazil.

September 2 is the Independence Day of the Republic of Artsakh.

On September 2, 1991, a joint session of the Councils of People’s Deputies of the Nagorno-Karabakh region and the Shahumyan region proclaimed the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh.
