Turkey’s National Security Council expresses support for normalizing relations with Armenia

Turkey’s National Security Council reaffirmed its support for efforts to normalize relations with Armenia, according to a statement released following the council’s meeting.

The meeting was chaired by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The council also underscored the importance of the transport corridor between Azerbaijan and Nakhichevan that “will serve the interests of all countries in the region.”
