Turkish official says there will be ‘no obstacles’ to Armenia-Turkey normalization after Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process

We expect a peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia to be signed as soon as possible, Mehmet Samsar, Head of the Turkish Foreign Ministry’s General Directorate for South Caucasus, Central Asia and Eastern Europe, said on Wednesday. 

“We believe that following the normalization process between Azerbaijan and Armenia, there will be no obstacles to the normalization of relations between our country and Armenia,” Mehmet Samsar said.
