Turks drove Armenians out of Artsakh, and now Armenian PM seems to be some sort of quisling – The Daily T podcast

The situation surrounding the Armenian Apostolic Church was discussed on The Daily T podcast by The Telegraph.

Podcast host Tim Stanley noted that during the conflict with Azerbaijan, thousands of Armenians had to flee, and now the Armenian government is cracking down on the Armenian Apostolic Church.

“The Azerbaijanis are Turkic. Azerbaijan is really Greater Turkey and remember that the Turks martyred, murdered. They committed a proper genocide, the very first official genocide. One and a half to two million Armenians, Assyrian Christians, Orthodox Greeks were never accepted by the Turks. So they drove all the Armenians out of Artsakh and now the the prime minister of Armenia seems to be some sort of quisling, cooperating with the Azerbaijanis, giving up territory, and arresting bishops who are protesting against him. He’s effectively a dictator,” said podcast guest Father Benedict Kiely.
