During a joint press conference with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán in Budapest, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated that the Azerbaijani side has set forth two conditions for Armenia to sign a peace agreement, which it will “sooner or later fulfill.”
“Two conditions have been put forward for signing the peace agreement. Armenia will agree to these conditions sooner or later,” he said, specifying which conditions he was referring to.
“Armenia must amend its constitution, and the OSCE Minsk Group must be dissolved,” Aliyev added.
