Two minors from Syunik region got lost and ended up in Azerbaijani territory

Two minor residents of Armenia’s Syunik region got lost and ended up in the territory of Azerbaijan, the National Security Service of Armenia reports.

Karen Jhangiryan (born June 27, 2007) and Andrey Gyagunts (born January 13, 2008), residents of the Tegh community of the Syunik region, ended up in the territory of Azerbaijan on June 6, 2025, at around 01:20 am, in the area adjacent to Aravus village of the Syunik region, as a result of getting lost in the terrain.

All necessary measures are being taken to determine their whereabouts and ensure their safe return.
