US continues to work for diplomatic resolution between Armenia and Azerbaijan

The United States continues to work for a diplomatic resolution between Armenia and Azerbaijan, US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said in a press briefing on Tuesday.

When asked if the US Secretary of State plans to meet with the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers in Washington, D.C., Miller noted that he does not have any announcements to make regarding the schedule.

As reported earlier, the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers traveled to Washington, D.C., to participate in the NATO summit.

On Wednesday, the Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesperson announced that a trilateral meeting between Ararat Mirzoyan, Jeyhun Bayramov, and Antony Blinken would be held on July 10.
