US will provide all necessary assistance to Israel in repelling Iranian attacks – Yaakov Kedmi

Speaking with Alpha News, Yaakov Kedmi, former Israeli state official, diplomat, and head of the Nativ service, commented on the night attack on Israeli territory and noted that there is a possibility that after Israel’s strikes, Iran’s nuclear military project will be finished forever.

“Iran, with its night attack of about 200 missiles on Israeli territory, basically started a war with Israel. That’s how we see it. No state, neither Islamic nor Arab, is going to fight together with Iran, and no one is going to fight for Iran or for Hezbollah with Israel. There is a high probability that after our strikes, Iran’s nuclear military project will be finished forever. The Hamas leader has gone silent for two weeks and has not given any reaction to the proposal we presented.

If he thinks that the Iranian people will believe him, he is mistaken. No one in Iran believes him, except for the supporters of the Revolutionary Guards. So far, the only reaction has been that he has started hiding and is staying under the bomb shelter. I think that if military actions with Iran continue, he will soon meet Hassan Nasrallah. Iran does not have nuclear weapons and will not. Iran will rather cease to exist than will have nuclear weapons,” Kedmi noted.

According to the expert, if Israel needs help in repelling Iranian attacks, the US will provide it in full.

“All this talk about strong pro-Palestinian support from the US Democratic Party is more wishful thinking and exaggeration. Moreover, the current US President is also from the Democratic Party. And what did he say? That in the fight against Iran, the United States fully supports Israel’s position. If Israel needs help in repelling Iranian attacks, the US will provide both political and military assistance to Israel in full. After yesterday’s attack by Iran, Israel is in a state of war with Iran. And we will end it much faster than the election in the United States.

And for any candidate for the United States, Israel’s absolute victory over Iran and its return to normal conditions is the best guarantee of victory. The United States and the entire population of the United States, except for certain dirtbags, are against Iran. They support Israel’s victory over Iran. And I do not know how far we will throw Iran back to the past. It could be a thousand years back; it could be for two, three thousand years, or five hundred years back. But after our attack, Iran will no longer be a viable state, from any point of view, neither military, nor economic, nor industrial,” Kedmi concluded.
