Vagharshak Harutyunyan represents Armenia at CIS Security Council Secretaries meeting

Armenian Ambassador to Russia Vagharshak Harutyunyan represents Armenia at the annual meeting of the Secretaries of the CIS Security Council, the Russian Secretary of the Security Council, Nikolai Patrushev, said at a meeting with colleagues from the CIS in Moscow.

As reported earlier, the Armenian Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, will not attend this meeting.
