It is quite clear to a reasonable person that under such conditions it will be impossible to fight long and achieve results,” Poghosyan said.

In his opinion, solutions to existing problems should be found immediately, but what exactly they will be, he cannot say.

“According to the information received, the meeting held yesterday made it clear that there was a certain consensus on solving the problem in some way. But time will show which path will be chosen. Of course, the people demand that the authorities make a decision, but I myself understand that this decision can be difficult. Unfortunately, today we see that Artsakh is left alone. It does not receive any support from anywhere, even from Armenia. Given all this, we see and understand that it is hard to keep going. But, in any case, a decision must be made, although the situation has reached the point where each proposed option is criticized by people. How can a malnourished child go to school? It is impossible to live in such conditions; thus, we need to make a decision and understand how we can save Artsakh,” Poghosyan said.
