Video attributed to Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan is forgery, created using special tools – lawyer

Experts have concluded that the content of the video attributed to Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan was fabricated using specialized software, lawyer Arsen Babayan said on Facebook.

“I received the results of international examinations I commissioned back in November of last year, aimed at determining the authenticity of the widely circulated videos attributed to Archbishop Arshak. Expert opinions obtained from three different countries confirm the clergyman’s assertion that he has no connection whatsoever to the content of these recordings.

Among other things, the experts reached the following conclusions:

1. The content of the video is false and was created using special software tools;
2. The scenes depicted did not exist in objective reality;
3. Reliable identification of the individuals seen in the video is impossible.

There is also other evidence that the video is a forgery. In the coming days, I will convene a press conference to present the conclusions of the international experts to the public and publish their details,” he said.
