The US revealed what it was forcing the Armenian authorities to do since 2018, said media expert and Alpha News editor-in-chief Tigran Kocharyan.
“The United States revealed what it has been forcing the Armenian authorities to do since 2018. We all remember Bolton’s visit here, during which he set very strict conditions for Armenia. One of them was to nullify Russian influence in Armenia, and Nikol Pashinyan also said that one of the other points was to block the road to Iran. The main goal is that all roads, routes, gas pipelines, oil pipelines, and water pipelines from China and Japan to Great Britain are controlled by the US and its partners. With his statement, O’Brien showed that the US turned a blind eye to the loss of Artsakh, to delimitations, to all the demands of Azerbaijan. They need Armenia and Azerbaijan to sign this agreement very quickly,” Tigran Kocharyan said.
According to him, O’Brien confirmed that it is the United States that is the godfather of the Pan-Ottoman project.
“Nikol Pashinyan is shocked when he hears about the so-called Zangezur Corridor. This is the Washington corridor, and this is what Washington demands to finally unite the two Turkish worlds, Turkey and Azerbaijan. It is impossible to imagine that O’Brien meant something else. In fact, O’Brien confirmed that the US is the godfather of this new Pan-Ottoman project, and they will put pressure on Pashinyan in every possible way. It seems to me that he will not even oppose the opening of this road,” the media expert concluded.
