We are witnessing a situation that is unbefitting of a statesman, let alone the country’s top official, political observer Hakob Badalyan said in an interview with Alpha News, referring to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s recent post containing obscene language.

“On the other hand, we are seeing a fairly dynamic process of increasing pre-election sentiments and stakes. The discussion of church-related issues during yesterday’s government meeting was probably aimed at expanding it today. Figuratively speaking, Pashinyan is shifting the focus from the discussion of his own ‘impeachment,’ which has been circulating recently, to the impeachment of the Catholicos,” Hakob Badalyan said.

The political observer noted that we can only guess whether this was a situational trick or a truly planned action involving a sequence of specific steps.
