‘We have reduced Azerbaijan’s influence in France to zero’ – Mourad Papazian on resolution for release of Armenian prisoners

The French Senate unanimously voted yesterday in favor of a resolution calling for the release of Armenian prisoners held in Azerbaijan, announced Mourad Papazian, member of the ARF Bureau and co-president of the Coordinating Council of Armenian Organizations of France (CCAF).

“The resolution presented by Laurent Wauquiez, proposed by the France-Armenia friendship group, received 183 votes in favor from all 183 senators present. We have reduced Azerbaijan’s influence in France to zero,” he said.
