As a nation that survived Genocide, Armenians must dictate their own terms rather than act on the orders of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. This view was expressed by a resident of the Armavir region, commenting on the policies pursued by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
