We need a smart leader like Samvel Karapetyan – survey

We need a leader who cares about the people. This is the opinion shared by residents of Tavush and Syunik provinces when asked about what kind of leader the country needs.

“We need a leader who stands by the villagers at the border. But we have no expectations from this government,” said one respondent.

According to another respondent, the country needs a smart, compassionate, and thoughtful leader.
