We pray for swift and safe return of all prisoners to their Homeland – Catholicos of All Armenians

Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II issued a statement, noting that he was glad to learn of the return to the Homeland of four Armenian sons who had been unlawfully detained in Baku on fabricated charges.

“It has brought us comfort and heartfelt joy to learn of the return of four Armenians who were unlawfully held in Baku on fabricated accusations.

We wish that, with God’s blessing and the support of our entire people, they may restore a peaceful and normal life together with their families and loved ones. We pray for the swift and safe return of all prisoners to their Homeland. May God grant peace to the whole world, to our Homeland, and to all our people,” the statement reads.
