‘We work for the benefit of the Armenian people’: ANCA-WR responds to Arsen Torosyan

Speaking with Alpha News, Garen Jinbachian, the Community Coordinator for the ANCA-Western Region, commented on a post shared the previous day on X by Arsen Torosyan, an MP from the Civil Contract faction.

It should be noted that Torosyan wrote that the goal of the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA) is to diminish Armenia’s sovereignty. According to him, the Committee, based in D.C., lobbies for Moscow—all this is done with the sauce of patriotism, nationalism, Armenian values preservation, etc.

“Everything is pretty obvious. Unfortunately, this is not the first time such remarks have been made. Those who want to disrupt and complicate our work make such comments. They hope that in this way they will somehow hinder our efforts. We will always work for the benefit of the Armenians, the Armenian people and the Republic of Armenia. Frankly speaking, any other comments are entirely unnecessary and baseless,” Jinbachian said.
