Wizz Air launches direct flights between Larnaca and Gyumri

Starting September 30, Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air is introducing a new route with direct flights between Larnaca International Airport in Cyprus and Shirak Airport in Gyumri, Armenia’s second-largest city.

Flights will operate twice a week: on Tuesdays and Saturdays until October 25, and on Thursdays and Sundays from October 30 onward. Tickets are already available on the airline’s official website, with prices starting at €14.99.

The launch of this route strengthens Wizz Air’s presence in Armenia and supports the development of regional tourism and transportation infrastructure. The new flight also provides Armenian travelers with easier access to Cyprus’s resorts, including the famous Finikoudes Beach and the renowned diving site — the Zenobia Wreck.
